Background
The solicitation is for the Procurement of Research Evaluation and Statistics Task Orders (PRESTO) to support the Education Sciences Reform Act (ESRA) and the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) mission. IES aims to expand fundamental knowledge and understanding of education from early childhood through postsecondary study, provide reliable information about education in the United States, and support federal and other education programs.

Work Details
The scope of work includes five categories: Education Sciences Support Activities, Assessment and Instrument Development Support, Communications and Outreach, Recruitment, and IES Operational Support. The tasks involve conducting surveys, evaluations, data collection, data processing, management, statistics and data analysis, geospatial activities, technical assistance, research and development studies, report production, evaluation activities support, expert help and reviewing activities, national technical assistance, data dissemination and training support. The solicitation also outlines the task order procedures for acquiring services under the ID/IQ contract.
