Procurement of audit engagement services to conduct an attestation engagement (Professional Examination Engagement) and compliance audit of direct budget support (DBS) provided to the Government of Moldova

Dear Prospective Offerors:

The United States Agency for International Development Mission to Moldova (USAID/Moldova) seeks to procure the services of a qualified audit firm to conduct an attestation engagement (Professional Examination Engagement) and compliance audit of direct budget support (DBS) provided to the Government of Moldova.

You are invited to submit a quote in accordance with the requirements of the attached Statement of Work. This procurement shall be conducted using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. USAID anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order.

Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the USAID/Moldova, nor does it commit USAID/Moldova to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of a quote. Furthermore, USAID/Moldova reserves the right to reject any offer if such action is in the best interest of USAID/Moldova.
