Description

The National Science Foundation, Division of Information Systems requires a contractor to develop and maintain the NSF intranet site and to migrate NSF from the SharePoint technology.

Please provide answers to the following questions in the Problem Statement. Contractor responses for all questions should be submitted in one response package. Capability Statements will not be accepted as valid responses. That package should not exceed two single-spaced pages (total). Please note, a cover page and table of contents are not required. If submitted, they will count towards your two-page limit. Contractors shall use Times New Roman, single-spaced Justified paragraph format, 0.5 Margins, and no less than size 11 font. All problem statement responses shall be sent by email to bharrell@nsf.gov.

Background
The National Science Foundation, Division of Information Systems requires a contractor to develop and maintain the NSF intranet site and to migrate NSF from the SharePoint technology. The contractor will be responsible for supporting federal agencies' internal websites, transitioning from SharePoint 2016, working with technologies such as SharePoint Online, ServiceNow, and Drupal CMS, migrating legacy sites to a new platform, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders on an intranet migration. Additionally, the contractor should demonstrate the ability to bring in senior policy experts to support an intranet governance program and ensure staff are updated on new developments in technology.

Work Details
