Prime and Paint Interior Walls and Floors   2

Background
The Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, a contractor providing plasma research for the U.S. Department of Energy, is seeking qualified sources to facilitate the priming and painting of a building's interior concrete walls and floors. The work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) titled 'TRITIUM AREA WALL AND FLOOR PAINTING' dated Oct 2023.

Work Details
The subcontractor is required to provide all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, and expertise to complete PPPL training, protect wall-mounted devices from paint splatter, prepare and paint the walls and floors of specific Tritium Area Rooms, dispose of waste or debris generated by preparation or painting activities, provide a 1-year contractor workmanship warranty, provide manufacturer maintenance and warranty paperwork, and manage all work according to PPPL Division 1 specifications. The subcontractor is also required to provide paint products per the attached specification and may submit equivalent products for consideration. The deliverables list includes prime and paint specified Tritium Area walls upon completion.
