Preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and emergency repair(s) and part(s) for Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Shot Peen Machines and Robotic Water Jet Strippers.

Background
The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is seeking information for preventive maintenance, calibration, and emergency repairs/parts for Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Shot Peen Machines and Robotic Water Jet Strippers.

This request is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. The United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for costs incurred in developing information provided.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide services for preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and emergency repair(s) and part(s) on 4 CNC shot peen machines and 3 robotic water jet strippers located at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD).

Specific tasks include:
1. Service call support, repairs, parts, and quarterly inspection visits on all equipment listed.
2. Perform PM on 1 CNC shot peen machine during each quarter.
3. Conduct semi-annual PMs (two each) on CCAD’s 3 robotic water jet strippers.
4. Implement a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) to ensure services meet acceptable standards.
5. Adhere to physical security measures to prevent loss or damage of Government property.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), located in Corpus Christi, Texas.
