Preventative Maintenance, Repair and Service for a Cabinet RMIS X-Ray machine   2

Background
The Letterkenny Army Depot requires the services of a contractor to provide Preventative Maintenance, Repair and Service for a Cabinet RMIS X-Ray machine. The Agency is issuing a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern (SDVOSB) Set-Aside on a Sole Source basis under the authority of Title 10 United States Code (USC) Section 3204(a)(S) as implemented by 6.302-5.

Work Details
This is a requirement to have a Cabinet X-Ray machine repaired as described within this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform service, maintenance and repairs to a Cabinet X-Ray machine as defined in this PWS. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. All preventative maintenance and repairs will be documented and sent via e-mail to the Contract Officer’s Representative (COR) and to the Technical Point of Contact within 24 hours of the action of a repair or preventative maintenance.

The contractor shall provide an e-mail address, name and telephone number for repair assistance and scheduling during both regular hours and non-business hours.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for routine maintenance services is between the hours of 0730 and 1530 on Monday through Thursday, excluding recognized US holidays or when the facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed closing.

Place of Performance
Performance shall be at building 3810 inside LEMC, monitored by the COR or the TPOC.
