Preventative Maintenance for Radio Frequency Doors   2

Background
The DEVCOM Analysis Center (DAC) operates a facility with multiple anechoic chambers at the Electromagnetic Vulnerability Assessment Facility (EMVAF). The facility includes several radio frequency (RF) doors that provide access while ensuring isolation from external RF environments.

The goal of this contract is to establish an annual service agreement for the maintenance of these RF doors, ensuring they remain operational and compliant with OEM specifications.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, documentation, repair and maintenance supplies, tools, calibration equipment, transportation, and scheduled visits to maintain three (3) Government-owned EMVAF RF doors. This includes:

1. One (1) year of on-site preventative maintenance comprising at least one (1) scheduled visit.
2. Conducting RF testing up to 18 GHz to ensure a minimum of 100 dB of RF isolation after repairs or maintenance.
3. If any door is found inoperable, the contractor must perform at least one (1) emergency visit to restore operability.

The specific models requiring service are: 124B-DKE 4x7 LH, SRFSD-100 (14’x14’), and SRFSD-F/A-100 (20’x20’).

Period of Performance
One year from the date of contract award.
