Pressure Washing Services

Background
This contract is for Pressure Washing Services at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform pressure washing services on various exterior surfaces of buildings, sidewalks, drives, path ways, fencing, static displays, and cleaning out buildings' rain gutter systems.

Work Details
The scope of work includes pressure washing services for all exterior surfaces of buildings, sidewalks, drives, path ways, fencing, static displays, and cleaning out buildings' rain gutter systems.

The contractor is required to comply with standard trade practices and ensure that all workmanship meets the designated government representative's approval.

The work is scheduled to be performed from Monday to Friday between 0730-1630.

The contractor is responsible for keeping the work site clean and disposing of waste materials in accordance with applicable laws.

Additionally, the contractor will be held accountable for any damages to government property resulting from their work and must provide skilled craftsmen and materials for repairs.

The contractor's workmanship is guaranteed for a period of one year from completion.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is until 8/31/2023.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.
