Amendment 006 updates the Q&A document to answer additional industry questions.

Re-attaching (inadvertently deleted due to clerical error) the most recent Combined Synopsis and Solicitation.

Amendment 005 updates the Q&A document to answer additional industry questions.

Amendment 004 extends the RFQ deadline to 14-FEB-2024 at 2:00p (EST). It also answers additional industry questions, and moves all Q&A to a separate document. The Q&A is a secure document, and access to it must be requested via this posting in SAM.

The government is looking to procure 8-pin glass-sealed header electrical connectors. Please see attached RFQ document (N6660424Q0139).

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase Pressure Bulkheads – Hermetic Header Assembly on a firm-fixed price (FFP) basis. The drawings for the Pressure Bulkheads are designated Distribution D containing export controls and are authorized to the DOD and US DOD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification.

Work Details
The contract requires the manufacture of Pressure Bulkhead - Hermetic Header Assembly as per Drawing #NGSA-32002000. The FFP Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure is anticipated to be:

The required delivery schedule is as follows:
Total QTY Received: 300 by 30 September 2024,
Total QTY Received: 650 by 31 December 2024,
Balance by 30 March 2025.
F.O.B. is Destination: NUWC Newport, 02841.

Period of Performance
Delivery is expected to be completed by 30 March 2025.
