Services shall be performed at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with a period of performance of 19 May 2023 - 21 May 2023. All CLINs are FOB Destination.

Background

Work Details
The contractor shall submit all information to include location, venue information, pricing, menu options, childcare provider information, excursion offering, and any other pertinent information for the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). Include sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. The services include meal/snack services, audio/visual equipment, event space, lodging, and childcare services. The solicitation number is H92239-23-Q-0007 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

Services shall be performed at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with a period of performance of 19 May 2023 - 21 May 2023.
