Presentation Layer of the Traffic Coordination System for Space (TraCSS)   3

Background
The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Presentation Layer of the Traffic Coordination System for Space (TraCSS).

The NOAA, Office of Space Commerce (OSC), aims to leverage mature commercial capabilities to develop a user interface and user experience for TraCSS, which includes web-based graphical user interfaces (GUI) and a Data Products service.

The goal is to create a platform that effectively presents GUIs and data products while utilizing TraCSS Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Gateway Business Logic defined by the System Integrator.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a presentation layer that includes:
- Development of web-based graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for three types of user scenarios: General Public User, Verified Owner/Operator, and TraCSS Operator.
- Creation of a Data Products service to generate formatted human-readable data products.
- Building the TraCSS website to present GUIs and data products.
- The GUI, Data Products, and website must utilize TraCSS APIs and Gateway Business Logic.
- Demonstration of existing displays mapped to each type of display scenario during Capability Technology Demonstration.
- Features to be included in the displays such as access to data, account management, configurable displays, corrective action capabilities, data alerts, detailed views of conjunctions, monitoring system performance, etc.
- The Offeror must ensure that navigation is intuitive and that users are informed about system status with visible indicators.
- Error messages should provide resolution information and filtering capabilities should be available for data presented.

Period of Performance
One 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods.
