Background
The Virginia Army National Guard is seeking an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for prepared meals to support the 91st Cyber Brigade. The goal of this contract is to provide timely and compliant meal deliveries to various locations, ensuring that service members have access to nutritious food during their operations.

The contract will involve multiple delivery orders throughout the specified periods of performance.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following prepared meals in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW):

- Breakfast Meal: 400 Each
- Lunch Meal: 1,800 Each
- Dinner Meal: 400 Each

Option Line Items:
- Breakfast Meal: 400 Each (Option Line Item 1001)
- Lunch Meal: 1,800 Each (Option Line Item 1002)
- Dinner Meal: 400 Each (Option Line Item 1003)
- Additional option line items for subsequent years include similar quantities for breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.

All meals must comply with the specifications outlined in the SOW, which includes delivery times and temperature control requirements. Meals are to be delivered to designated locations including Fairfax, VA; Fort Belvoir, VA; and Bowling Green, VA during specified time frames.

Period of Performance
Base period from January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025, with options for additional years extending through December 31, 2028.

Place of Performance
Meals will be delivered to multiple locations including Fairfax, VA; Fort Belvoir, VA; and Bowling Green, VA.
