Post Deployment Software Support & Post Production Software Support

Background
The Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), SEC, C3T, Fires Division (FD) provides life-cycle software solutions, management, and support for Mission Command and Control, Tactical, and Fires Platforms and Systems that provide Warfighting superiority and information dominance across the battlefield. FD provides software engineering and sustainment support services for a wide variety of Army and Department of Defense (DoD) customers, including Army Program Executive Officers (PEOs), Project Managers (PMs), Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) FMS programs, Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) and its components, and other Joint Service DoD elements.

Work Details
The extent of this PWS is to provide Post Deployment Software Sustainment (PDSS) and Post Production Software Sustainment (PPSS) maintenance and sustainment for multiple programs of record and software systems. The PWS includes support for Software Engineering Center (SEC), software environments and facilities, tests, logistics, and Foreign Military Sales. The Contractor shall manage the projected schedule, performance, program risks, subcontracts, and data to provide effective PDSS and PPSS services across the FD portfolio of systems described in Section 7.0.

The Contractor shall develop new or updated software on approved schedules and timelines. The Contractor shall plan, prepare, validate, conduct, witness, analyze, review, and provide technical support for software tests and demonstrations.

Place of Performance
The majority of the PDSS/PPSS missions will be supported from Fort Sill, Ok.
