The U.S. Embassy Kyiv invites you to submit a quotation for porter services in Przemysl, Poland for the U.S. Embassy Kyiv. The detailed information is provided in the attached Request for Quotation.

The quotations for the services must be submitted by e-mail on or before 14:00 July 25, 2023, to KyivSolicitations@state.gov with subject line Porter Services in Przemysl, Poland for the U.S. Embassy Kyiv 19UP3023Q0011 . No quotations will be accepted after this time. All quotations, if timely received, will be considered by the Contracting Officer.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you should complete and submit the following:

1. 1. Standard Form SF-1449
   2. Section 1 and Section 5 of the Request for Quotation
   3. Additional information as required in Section 3 of the Request for Quotation.

Please note that if you are going to submit your quotation in archive folders, only ZIP-format should be used.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/IDIQ to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/IDIQ based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
