Background
The solicitation is for Pool Maintenance Services at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, Florida. The amendments issued provide Site Visit Brief and Attendees, responses to GPIs, and revisions to PWS Attachments. The contract requires the Contractor to manage, operate, and maintain training pools located at Naval Air Station Pensacola Complex, Pensacola, FL. The sub-function consists of activities that provide other Facility Support-related services not otherwise defined under the Facility Services function. This sub-annex includes the requirements for pool operator maintenance and operations of pools.

Work Details
The tasks include managing, operating, and maintaining training pools located at Naval Air Station Pensacola Complex, Pensacola, FL. The Contractor shall provide personnel with the qualifications, technical knowledge, experience and skills required to efficiently provide training pool maintenance and operations services. Personnel performing services on the pools shall have a minimum 3 years of experience with commercial pool systems.

The Contractor shall maintain and treat pool water and accomplish bacteriological and chemical analyses to ensure water quality is at an acceptable level. The Contractor shall perform other services for pool operator maintenance and operations to ensure proper maintenance and operation during the year.
