Background
This solicitation is for the acquisition of Pool Leak Detection services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph and Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The contract is issued by the government as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The goal of this contract is to ensure the integrity and safety of commercial swimming pools located at the specified bases through professional leak detection services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, transportation, supervision, equipment, and incidentals to perform leak detection services for commercial swimming pools at Building 3300 (Fort Sam Houston) and Building 980 (Randolph). Services include:
- Thorough visual inspection of pool structures.
- Advanced Leak Detection Testing and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) if necessary.
- Provision of adequate barricades and warning signs on-site.
- Upon completion, a comprehensive written report must be submitted to the 502d Civil Engineering Squadron (502 CES) detailing:
- Services performed.
- Documentation of any leaks identified including location, severity, and potential causes.
- Photographic or video evidence of leaks.
- Recommendations for repair options/solutions with estimated costs upon request.
