Background
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking to purchase and install audio-visual equipment for their call site in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The equipment will be used to enhance meeting and training experiences for both remote and in-person participants at their facilities in Plaza del Caribe Mall, Ponce, PR.

Work Details
The scope of this requirement involves purchasing and installing video conferencing equipment, including TVs, video cameras, soundbars, speakers, microphones, and other related hardware for various rooms at the IRS installation in Ponce. The contractor is responsible for order accuracy, receipt, preparation, delivery, and installation. The specific requirements for each room are detailed in the solicitation.
