POM Fire Equipment and Maintenance Services

Background
This is a non-personal services contract to provide Fire Equipment Services and Maintenance. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.

Work Details
The contract includes tasks such as servicing and maintenance of fire equipment including Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), annual visual inspection of cylinders, annual hydrostatic testing of cylinders, and other related services. The contractor is responsible for providing all supplies, equipment, facilities, and services required to perform the work under this contract. The contractor must adhere to manufacturers’ specifications and applicable certification requirements as set forth by OSHA, NIOSH, MSHA, and NFPA. The contract also allows for an increase or decrease in requirements during the performance period.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from 01-Nov-2023 to 31-Oct-2028.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various destinations including the Fire Department - Presidio of Monterey located at 4400 General Jim Moore Blvd, Seaside CA 93955.
