THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to reomve and dispose of the existing metal roof and plywood decking, install new strapping and matel roofing on existing rafters and wooden support posts on the Storage Shed (Pole Barn). All work must meet all applicable industry standards and shall comply with any applicable Federal, State, and Municipal laws, codes, and regulations. Work location is North Hartland Lake, North Hartland, VT.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this contract for the replacement of the roof on a storage shed (Pole Barn) located at North Hartland Lake, Vermont.
