The NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVAIR), Program Executive Office for Airborne Strategic Command, Control, and Communication (PEO (A) PMA-271) is issuing this announcement for an informational Industry engagement event to communicate Government plans on Top Secret (TS) Network.

The objective of this event is to:

• Enhance Government-Industry communication;
• Inform Industry of overarching requirement and program plans for a TS digital ecosystem and IT infrastructure (1) TS level Collaborative Government / Industry Data Environment and (2) digital ecosystem in support of integrated modeling environment;
• Provide an opportunity for One-on-One discussions between Industry and Government personnel; and
• Provide an opportunity for Industry to provide written feedback.

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A CONTRACT, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, A PROMISE TO CONTRACT, OR A COMMITMENT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE GOVERNMENT. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. PMA-271 DOES NOT INTEND TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THIS EFFORT. NAVAIR WILL NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR COSTS INCURRED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.

TS NETWORK EVENT DETAILS:

The general session event will take place on Tuesday, 08 August 2023 at Naval Air Station Patuxent River Center Stage Theater, 22268 Cedar Point Rd, Patuxent River, MD 20670, from 0800 to 1200 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

The agenda is provided as Attachment (1) PMA-271 TS Network Government-Industry Event Agenda.

Upon Participant Request Only, One-on-One discussions will take place on Tuesday, 08 August 2023 at Innovation Hub (iHUB), Building 407 22269 Cedar Point Rd, Patuxent River, MD, 20670, starting no later than (NLT) 1300 EDT.

ATTENDANCE INFORMATION:

This event is open to companies that have developed or are developing networks that support data categorized up to TS-General Service (GENSER). ONLY CONTRACTORS PERFORMING A CURRENT DOD CONTRACT WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE MEETING. The general session event and One-on-One discussions will be held at the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level with no foreign nationals permitted.

One-on-One discussion attendance schedules will be distributed to registered participants NLT August 07 2023 1600 EDT. Only those registered participants who attend the general session event will be eligible to also participate in the One-on-One discussions.

Due to space constraints, attendance to this event is limited to a maximum of three individuals per company.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Pre-registration for the event is required. To register, send an email to Mr. Terelle Harris at terelle.j.harris.civ@us.navy.mil , Ms. Janice Rakes at janice.m.rakes.civ@us.navy.mil, and Ms. Nicole Weaver at nicole.m.weaver18.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 1600 EDT on Tuesday 01 August 2023. Phone registration will not be accepted (e-mail only).

Registration e-mail shall include the following information (as it appears in SAM.gov):

• Organization name, address, and CAGE Code
• Primary POC name, email, and phone number
• List of company attendees to include full name, email, and phone number
• Government Contracting Agency (GCA) name and UIC of current DoD Contract
• One-on-One discussion participation request (if desired)

If attendees need base access, they need to state that in the response and provide a BASICSII request to the POC email addresses, no later than 01 August 2023.

Upon registration, the Government will provide confirmation and any additional logistical information to attendees via email.

FEEDBACK: Feedback from participants upon completion of the event and One-on-One, is encouraged by 1600 Eastern Time on Tuesday 15 August 2023.

The Government will make a determination if and how Industry questions and responses will be posted after the event. All material presented at the event will not be provided nor posted before or after the event.
