Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for the provision and installation of a new playground structure at Winhall Brook Camping Area, located at Ball Mountain Lake in South Londonderry, Vermont.

The goal of this contract is to enhance recreational facilities for visitors to the camping area, supporting the agency's mission to provide quality outdoor experiences.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to procure and install one (1) playground structure at Winhall Brook Camping Area.

The work must comply with the Statement of Work which includes safety requirements, site-specific planning, and adherence to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers safety regulations.

Key tasks include:
- conducting a site visit prior to work commencement;
- preparing an Accident Prevention Plan (APP);
- submitting Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA) for each definable feature of work;
- employing a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO);
- ensuring First Aid and CPR personnel are available;
- obtaining necessary permits; and
- adhering to security protocols at Ball Mountain Lake.

The contractor must also coordinate with the Technical Point of Contact for scheduling and compliance with safety standards throughout the project.

Period of Performance
The work shall be completed within 240 days from the Notice to Proceed.
