Background
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) provides PK-12 instruction to over 66,000 dependents of active-duty military and civilian employees worldwide. DoDEA's curriculum, resources, and student achievement scores compare favorably to those of high-performing US public school systems. DoDEA has adopted College and Career Ready Standards (CCRS) in mathematics, literacy, the arts, social studies, and science.

Work Details
The contract requires a vendor-hosted, cloud-based instructional tool to assist PK-6 students in becoming familiar with common web-based tools and related virtual professional learning. The tasks include providing a web-based tool with features such as creating original media content, allowing users to upload images and video, enabling teachers to create assignments and assign them to students, providing built-in accessibility tools, real-time collaboration on projects, standards-based templates for various subjects, and sharing or exporting work in different formats.
Additionally, the contractor shall provide virtual professional learning for teachers and administrators in the use of the tools to include a library of digital tutorials and reference materials. The contractor is also required to provide technical support and maintenance for its digital resources for the life of the contract via telephone or by email within one business day or less from the initial contact.

Period of Performance
The period of performance ranges from September 30, 2022, to September 29, 2027.

Place of Performance
Work shall be performed at the Contractor’s facilities.
