The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado, has a requirement for Mastication on 263 acres of standing dead and live pinyon and juniper trees with a Contractor furnished machine approximately 30 miles southwest of Meeker, Colorado. Details are included in the Statement of Work, maps, and Wage Determination attached to this RFQ. A KMZ file is also available but is not a format compatible with SAM.gov. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry, Fuels Management, which has a small business size standard of $20.5M.
Award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis. See provision 52.212-2 `Evaluation' for details of what should be included with your quote.
Quotes shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist Laura StJohn at lstjohn@blm.gov by no later than Friday, June 10, 2022 at 4:00 pm MT. All quotes received will be acknowledged by a return email. Due to system limitations submissions through sam.gov or FBMS/PRISM will not be accepted. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) as of the closing date and time of this solicitation.
