Amendment 00002 adds the quote due date and time to the Insturcutions to Offerors. Quotes are due by 24 Jan 2025 2:00 pm CST (1400).

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this contract for tree trimming services at the Pine Creek Lake Project Office located in McCurtain County, Oklahoma. Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to clear and remove all vegetation around the powerlines at Pine Creek Lake Project Office. This includes cutting and removing all trees, brush, and foliage 25 feet away from all sides of the power line within the designated contract area.

The clearing area extends from the Pine Creek Lake project office to both the Flood Risk Management (FRM) Structure and throughout the Pine Creek Cove Public Use Area (PUA). The contractor is required to use a chemical spray to ensure slow regrowth of any vegetation. Clearing distances will range from a minimum of 0.5 miles (half mile) to a maximum of 2 miles (two miles).

Additionally, final trimming must provide a minimum of 25 feet radial clearance around all primary conductors and mounted electrical devices. The contractor must also secure all necessary permits and licenses for the work, maintain public safety during operations, and restore any damages caused during the project.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be determined based on project requirements but will generally extend over several months as tasks are completed in increments.
