PIMC – CPPR Urinalysis Equipment & Service Agreement

Background
The Phoenix Area Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for CPPR Urinalysis Equipment & Service Agreement at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) in Phoenix, Arizona. This procurement is conducted under the authority of Commercial Products & Commercial Services, in conjunction with Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of Urinalysis Analyzers and a Service Agreement. The responsibilities of the Contractor include: monitoring technical progress, interpreting the Statement of Work, performing technical evaluations and inspections as required by the contract, and assisting in resolving technical problems encountered during performance.

The designated Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) is Deana Thompson from the Phoenix Service Unit, who will coordinate with the contractor on technical aspects and review performance. The COR does not have authority to modify or change the contract.
