Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) Support Sources Sought

Background
The U.S. Government seeks to procure Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) facility operation support services at Fort Drum, New York. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Fort Drum's Environmental Management System (EMS) and policies. Key tasks include:

4. Hazardous Waste Management: Pickup hazardous waste from facilities on Fort Drum during normal business hours and document each pickup.

5. Maintenance of Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) and Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs): Perform minor repairs in compliance with state regulations.

6. Emergency Services: Provide emergency medical treatment as needed; fire protection services will be available on-site.
