Request for Quote (RFQ) for Pest Control Services for various facilities in the state of Texas.

Background
The contract is for Pest Control Services for Various USAR Facilities in East Texas. The USARMY Reserve aims to maintain their facilities at a level that will give an outstanding initial impression to Military personnel, civilian employees, visitors and the surrounding community.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide pest control services for multiple facilities in Texas, including providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform pest control services. The contractor shall submit a regionally based Integrated Pest Management Plan (IPMP) within 30 calendar days of contract award and within 15 calendar days of any change.
The plan should include the frequency of services at each facility, proposed methods for control, and a list of types of tamper-resistant rodent bait boxes, insect and rodent trapping devices, pest monitoring devices, and any other control devices or equipment necessary to implement the plan. The contractor shall also maintain a pest control logbook or file for each site and building and provide special or emergency services on a case by case basis. Pesticide application standards must be adhered to with all pesticides administered by a licensed pesticide applicator and compliance with all federal and state government regulations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for 1 Base Period, 4 - 12 month option periods, and an optional 6 month extension if needed.

The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include various facilities in East Texas such as Seagoville ARC/BMA 5-1, Grand Prairie Reserve Complex, RRAD ARC/AMSA 9 in Hooks, COL James L. Stone ARC in Fort Worth, Amarillo AFRC, Lewisville AFRC, Denton ARC, Huntsville AFRC, Tyler AFRC, Red River AD AFRC in New Boston, Lufkin AFRC, Bryan ARC/BMA 26-1.
