Background
The Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness (OUSD (P&R)) is seeking additional professional support services under the Personnel & Readiness Infrastructure Support Management Services (PRISM) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Major Department of Defense Systems (MDoDS). This initiative aims to enhance military readiness and effectiveness through strategic collaboration and integration, utilizing advanced technologies and substantial investments in defense-related systems.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a range of professional services aimed at supporting personnel and readiness initiatives within the Department of Defense. Key tasks include:

1. Providing strategic, program analysis, scientific, engineering, technical, and analytical support to enhance military readiness.

2. Supporting various offices within OUSD(P&R), including the Office of the Executive Director and other Assistant Secretary offices.

3. Implementing solutions that maximize Total Force capabilities through business process reengineering, project management, and software/database development.

4. Engaging with strategic partners such as the Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Army, Marine Corps, and National Guard Bureau to ensure effective collaboration.
