Pentagon Street Sweeping Support Services

Background
The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) is the essential services provider for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies in the National Capital Region (NCR), including the Pentagon. WHS provides a wide range of centralized capabilities to DoD headquarters, OSD, and DoD components, enabling economies of scale for delivering essential administrative services to fulfill the mission of the DoD. WHS aligns under the Director of Administration in the Office of the Deputy Chief Management Officer.

Work Details
This is a non-personnel services contract to provide street sweeping support services for the Pentagon Reservation. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, non-personal services, and other items necessary to perform street sweeping support services as defined in this performance work statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Contractor shall perform street sweeping support services as per the attached Draft Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2029 (base and 4 Option years)

Place of Performance
The place of performance for this requirement will take place at the Pentagon Reservation located in Arlington, VA.
