Background
The Joint Modernization Command (JMC) is conducting the Project Convergence-Capstone Five (PCC5) exercise at the National Training Center (NTC) in Fort Irwin, California. The goal of this contract is to provide two 2500-gallon fuel trucks to support warfighter participants during this exercise.

Work Details
The contractor shall lease two (2) 2500-gallon fuel trucks for a period of 43 days. The fuel trucks must be operational and capable of withstanding the terrain and climate of the NTC. Each truck must include a 10lb fire extinguisher, automatic transmission, grounding lines, bottom loading capability, and comply with various safety and environmental regulations.

Specific requirements include:
- Delivery of fully operational vehicles with unlimited miles per day.
- Compliance with 40 CFR Part 205 and California Code of Regulations Title 13.
- Equipment must have an Emergency shut-off valve switch, cargo tank inspection stickers, vehicle and tank data plates, and various stenciled warnings.
- The contractor must maintain a tracking log of all customer service calls/requests while executing this contract.
