The location of performance is Arnold AFB, TN. The ordering period is through 25 Sept 2028. This contract provides all labor, materials,equipment, transportation, supervision, quality control, and other items as necessary to perform paving, repair, alteration, design and new construction at Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), Tennessee. These contracts do not include performance at the Geographically Separated Units (GSUs) of AEDC. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition, and three offers were received.
