Amendment 06 of the solicitation provides a copy of the Abstract of Offers to provide notice of the results of the bid opening held at 1:00pm CST 10 March 2020.

Amendment 05 of the solicitation provides an extension the Bid Opening date. The date has been moved to out to 1:00pm CST 10 March 2020. While the Bid Opening date is now changed the location remains the same. Along with this an update to the Attachment 02 (Bid Schedule) is provided to correct a problem with the formulas.

Amendment 04 of the solicitation is here to confirm that while there is still a discrepancy with the unit of issue for several line items. Please go by with what is included in the Attachment 02, CLIN Bid Schedule Spreadsheet, of the solicitation. Attachment 02 of the solicitation provides the correct units of issue.

Amendment 03 of the solicitation provides answers to industry submitted questions and updated to the Solicitation document to bring it up to date with the answers.

Amendment 02 of the solicitation extends the bid opening date from 24 February 2020 to 03 March 2020, in order to allow sufficient time to post responses to industry submitted questions and bid preparation.

Amendment 01 of the solicitation adds the missing Contract ceiling and provides updates to clauses and the Instructions to Bidders. Language was added to confirm that this requiremetn is open to 8(a) firms services by the Virginia, Maryland and Washington area District offices. Due to these changes the deadline to submit a request for participation in the site visit is extended to 06 February 2020. This is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to support a requirement for Paving Installation and Maintenance Construction Services. Please see attachments included herein for solicitation and all details.

This requirement is solicited as a 100% competitive 8(a) set-aside.

Bids are to be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the attached solicitation document and supplemental documents. Any and all questions must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer, no later than 3:00pm CST, 13 February 2020. This will ensure that responses are provided in a timely manner.

Bids are due no later than 1:00pm CST, 24 February 2020.
