The General Services Administration, Public Building Services, Region 4, Acquisition Management Division Southern Branch (4P1QA) has received a requirement from Public Building Service (PBS) for Parking Management Services - Multi locations in the state of Georgia for the following locations:

The General Services Administration, Public Building Services, Acquisition Management Division Southern Branch (4P1QA), has a need for Parking Management Services at multi locations on a Firm Fixed Price Stand-alone contract basis for Parking Management Services at GSA owned parking facilities throughout the state of Georgia with concentrations in the cities listed below:

Richard B. Russell Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse (GA0121ZZ) 75 Spring Street SW Atlanta, GA 30303

Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center (GA1007ZZ) 61 Forsyth Street SW Atlanta, GA 30303

Peachtree Summit Pine Street Parking Deck (GA0022ZZ) 25 Pine Street Atlanta, GA 30308

The resulting contracts will be procured under NAICS 812930, which has a small business size standard of $38.5 million. It will be a 1 (one) year base and 4 (four) 1-year option periods. The period of performance for the base year is anticipated to begin May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023.

The applicable small business size standard is $38.5M, and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812930 - Parking Lots and Garages and the Product Service Code (PSC) is M1LZ - Operation of Parking Facilities.

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is for information and planning purposes ONLY to invite qualified firms to submit responses to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) document, demonstrating the ability to provide the services.

THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN YOUR RESPONSE (Page Limit 2 pages):

(1) The availability and capability of qualified small business sources;

(2) Whether your firm is a: Small Business (SB);Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone);Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB);8(a) Small Business; Woman-owned Small Business (WOSB);Economically Disadvantage Woman-owned Small Business (EDWOSB) or Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB).

Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. Interested small business firms are highly encouraged to respond to this notice. However, firms should understand that generic capability statements are not sufficient for effective evaluation of their capacity and capability to perform the work required. Responses must directly demonstrate the company's capability, experience, and ability to marshal resources to effectively and efficiently perform the requirements described in SOW.

In order to submit a proposal on this acquisition at time of issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP), all contractors will have to be registered in SAM.gov.
