Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. The solicitation is set aside for small business and the associated code is 813110, Religious Organizations, with a size standard of $13M. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Defense Acquisition University (DAU), dated 05 October 2023.

Work Details
The requirement is for Parish Music Support at Kirtland AFB. Offerors are required to participate in a qualifying interview and be able to clearly express the details of basic Catholic liturgical worship for the Catholic Parish Music Director and Musician positions. Auditions may be required at the Catholic priest’s discretion at the Kirtland AFB Chapel.
Similarly, offerors are required to participate in a qualifying interview and be able to clearly express the details of basic Protestant worship elements for the Protestant Parish Music Director and Musician positions. Auditions may be required at the Senior Protestant Chaplain’s discretion at the Kirtland AFB Chapel. Only offerors who submit a quote will be considered for the audition.

The contract will be performed at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico.
