Paper Shredding Service- NETC, Pensacola FL

Background
The Naval Education Training Center (NETC) is issuing this contract to provide shredding services at their headquarters located in Pensacola, FL. The primary goal of this contract is to ensure the secure disposal of sensitive materials and personally identifiable information (PII) to maintain privacy and security standards.

The contractor will be responsible for managing the shredding services necessary for the daily operations of NETC.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform shredding services at NETC HQ Bldg. 628 Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, FL. Specific tasks include:
1. Providing sixteen (16) 95-gallon size locking containers for document disposal.
2. Delivering and setting up these containers in common access areas as determined by the Government Representative.
3. Replacing all containers every two (2) weeks.
4. Coordinating all required services with the Government Representative.
5. Ensuring quality control by providing satisfactory services as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). If performance is unsatisfactory, a Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR) will be issued, and the Contractor must respond with corrective actions.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be one (1) base year from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025, with four (4) option years extending through September 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at NETC HQ located at 250 Dallas St Bldg. 628, Pensacola, FL 32508.
