Painting Services US Consulate General Housing Area Frankfurt am Main, Germany

NOTE: Due date for proposals in Germany is: Tuesday July 24, 2018 Central European Summer Time The contractor shall perform painting, drywall/plaster repair, and related services, for the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany, for the period of one base year and four one-year options to renew. The official start date needs to be determined upon submittal and acceptance of all deliverables required under this contract and clearance of workers completed by the Regional Security Office Frankfurt, Germany. The purpose of this contract is to obtain professional painting and related services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt Housing Compound, Frankfurt, Germany. The Contractor shall perform painting and related services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to apartments, corridors/hallways, kitchens, bathrooms/restrooms, storage rooms, and stairwells.
