SUBJECT: Solicitation Number 19EG3018Q0008 for packing and crating

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the packing and crating service solicitation. The Embassy intends to award multiple contracts for these services.

The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the Embassy premises on January 10, 2018 at 10:00 AM, and all prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package will be invited to attend. See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ).

In order to attend the conference, you are kindly requested to provide the name and the ID number of each of your representatives that will attend no later than January 08, 2018 at 02:00 PM. Please e-mail this information to CairoContracts@state.gov to prepare for your access authorization.

Your quotation must be submitted by e-mail to CairoContracts@state.gov on or before January 29, 2018 at 02:00 PM mentioning the solicitation number in the subject line. The samples should be delivered to the Embassy premises on or before January 29, 2018 at 02:00. No quotations will be accepted after this time.

For a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-1449
2. Section 1, Block 23 (Including the attached spread sheet)
3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications;
4. Additional information as required in Section 3 (Including the samples).
