The requirement includes the purchase, installation, assembly and testing of two (2) HVAC systems, conduit installations, lightening protection grounding strap installations, and electrical connections. The requirement also requests quarterly inspection and service agreement for ten (10) units as detailed in attached SOW.

Background
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services for the installation of HVAC systems in mobile work containers at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the mobile facilities are equipped with efficient HVAC systems and associated electrical installations, complying with relevant safety and operational standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and other items necessary to deliver the following:
- **Commercial 3 Ton Packaged HVAC Units and Associated Parts**: 2 units
- **Installation and Service of CLIN 0001**: Includes required specifications as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
- **Quarterly Inspection and Service Agreement for ten (10) units**: As detailed in the attached SOW.

The installation will comply with Air Force certification standards including:
- Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA)/Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA)-607
- National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70 National Electric Code (NEC)
- NFPA 101 Life Safety Code
- NFPA 780 Standard for the Installation of Lightning Protection Systems
- Committee on National Security Systems (CNSSI) 7003 Protected Distribution Systems (PDS)

The contractor must also install a four-inch ferrous Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT) conduit as part of the project. All delivery costs are to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544.
