The general intent of this solicitation is to award a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract for Design-Bid-Build (DBB) for the P7889 Dental Clinic Replacement, located at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) in Parris Island, South Carolina.

The project aims to construct a replacement Dental Clinic with backup power to support Recruits and Active-Duty members at MCRD. The agency's mission includes providing essential facilities and services to military personnel.

Work Details
The project involves the construction of a replacement Dental Clinic, which includes the following tasks:
- Construction of supporting facilities such as utilities and connection to the district steam system.
- Implementation of a special foundation and site improvements.
- Development of parking areas and signage.
- Incorporation of antiterrorism/force protection measures.
- Environmental protection measures will also be included.
- The facility will be elevated on select fill to protect against flooding.
- Demolition of existing structures: Dental Clinic building 674 and Pass & Identification building 602.
