Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) on the overhead crane and perform all other work as required at North Springfield Lake, Springfield, VT. The work includes operational testing, annual OSHA inspection, and providing a comprehensive inspection report. The contractor must coordinate with the Project Manager for the estimated start of field work.
Safety requirements include compliance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Safety and Occupational Health Requirements (EM 385-1-1), Accident Prevention Plan (APP) preparation, Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) submission, Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) employment, First-Aid and CPR Personnel requirements, Fall Protection compliance, Pre-Construction Conference attendance, Permits acquisition, Security compliance, Payment submission after final inspection and acceptance by the Government.

Period of Performance
