OTS-570 Portable Oxygen Regulator Test Set (PORTS) Support Equipment Change (SEC) Upgrade Kits

This award will be for the procurement of Upgrade Kits for the OTS-570 (PORTS). This procurement will be completed in the form of a (SEC) to develop Windows 10 compatible hardware and software for the existing OTS-570 PORTS units in the fleet. The proprietary software will be developed in cooperation with NAVAIR to ensure complete test set functionality is retained and ensure compliance with current Cyber requirements.

There are currently one-hundred & eleven (111) domestic model OTS-570 PORTS in the Fleet. The OTS-570 PORTS is a portable test set used for performing acceptance testing on various breathing regulators, manifold and check valve assemblies, oxygen connectors, shut-off valves, pressure reducer devices, oxygen hoses, and other oxygen components. The SEC Upgrade Kits will be tested and packaged as a unit. These will include copies of software, replacement electronics modules for OTS-570 PORTS, replacement computer systems, and replacement printers for each of the units currently in use by the Fleet.
