Background
The solicitation is for a Yellow Ribbon Pre-Deployment event, which is a federally mandated service for families and military members leaving for deployment. The event aims to provide information and resources to ensure families are taken care of until soldiers return and start reintegrating into their communities.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide lodging, event space, and food services for the event. This includes 60 double occupancy rooms, with 30 rooms each for the nights of October 18-19, 2024, and October 18-20, 2024. Additionally, the contractor must provide event space and associated equipment, as well as 450 meals including beverages on October 19, 2024.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall be on October 19, 2024, for a total of one day and two nights of lodging; one night prior to the event and one night after.

Place of Performance
The services are required within 30 miles of Medford, Oregon.
