Oracle Licenses to support the Air Force Personnel and Pay System (AFIPPS)

This notice is provided IAW FAR 8.405-6 and 5.301. An award in the amount of $8,267,202.37 has been made to Affigent, LLC for Oracle licenses for Database, Identify/Access Management, Business Intelligence and E-Business Suite modules. This acquisition was conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program 41 U.S.C. 152 (3) and mandatory ordering procedures at DFARs 208.7402 through the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI). AFLCMC/HIBK awarded the subject contract on a competitive basis, within the DoD ESI, as a Firm Fixed Priced Task Order using 3600 funds. A limited sources justification for a brand name requirement is attached.
