This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement is being solicited as a competitive 8(a) set-aside; only those companies certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as an 8(a) busines that have not graduated from the program are eligible for award.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which if timely received, will be considered. It is the offeror's reponsiblity to carefully review the solicitation and all attachments before responding to the solicitation.
