Or-Oregon FWO-Electrician for Bend Furni   2

Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is seeking an electrician to connect electrical power wiring and connections to new furniture being assembled at the Bend Field Office in Bend, Oregon. This contract aims to facilitate the installation of electrical components necessary for the operation of the new furniture, specifically utilizing Friant Novo electrical panels.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Connecting building power from a wall, floor, or column to the base of powered furniture systems including System 2 or Novo panels, Interra frames, Beam posts, Verity elements, or 4-circuit Dash credenzas.

2. Installing a hardwired power infeed for use with 4-circuit power distribution that can distribute up to four 20-amp circuits.

3. Providing a ceiling power entry that connects a ceiling electrical supply to the base of powered furniture systems while also distributing up to four 20-amp circuits.

The installation will include specific components such as:

- Qty 4 - Base infeed, 4 circuit 8 wire with each circuit capable of distributing up to 20 amps.
- A hardwired power infeed with a dedicated line and a field-cuttable 6’ conduit.
- A ceiling power entry with a rigid conduit encasing 14’ of wire and a factory-installed power harness.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from January 6, 2025, to March 6, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Bend Field Office located at 63095 Deschutes Market Rd., Bend, Oregon 97701.
