Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Investigations and Operations Support Division (IOSD) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for social recruiting services for attorneys through recruiting websites. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to assist with vacancy announcements, resume databases, applicant/application inquiries, and general service assistance. Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Investigations and Operations Support Division (IOSD) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for social recruiting services for attorneys through recruiting websites. The Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) provides the legal advice, training, and services required to support the ICE mission while defending the immigration laws of the United States in the administrative and Federal courts. Pursuant to section 442 (c) of the Homeland Security Act, OPLA is the exclusive legal representative for ICE and the DHS legal component authorized to represent in all exclusion, deportation, and removal proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review.

Work Details
OPLA requires the expanded services of a job recruiting services, dedicated reaching a perspective audience nationwide. Through this service OPLA will increase job seeker awareness by reinforcing the agency’s mission, enhancing the agency’s branding, and establishing the agency as an employer of choice and leader in immigration court litigation. This service, along with enhanced features such as applicant matching, use of artificial intelligence capabilities, geo expansion advertising, and job seeker assistance, will be required.

The vendor must have the resources and capability to advertise nation-wide for all open positions/vacancies. The applicants must have the options to search and apply for positions via multiple applications/devices. The service must provide the capability to filter out those applicants that do not qualify for the position and provide OPLA only those candidates that qualify. The service must also target geo locations that OPLA vacancy is located in.
