Work Details
The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of various systems within the property line of the building. This includes electrical systems and equipment, mechanical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, exhaust systems and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment, fire protection and life safety systems and equipment throughout the building(s), architectural and structural systems, lighting systems, service desk operations, public address system, landscaping irrigation systems underground piping, window cleaning system equipment, parking control equipment, U.S. flag pole lighting and pulley system, kitchen/concessions area including drains and grease traps, co-generation plant among others. The Contractor is also responsible for making management and operational decisions to meet quality standards using innovation and technology to develop efficient services for the building.
