Background
The U.S. Department of Labor is issuing this solicitation for the operation of the Turner Job Corps Center, which includes Outreach & Admissions and Career Transition Services.

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive services that support the mission of the Job Corps program, which aims to assist at-risk youth in gaining education and vocational skills necessary for successful employment and independent living.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1) Operation of the Turner Job Corps Center, ensuring that all services are delivered effectively;
2) Outreach and Admissions services to recruit eligible youth;
3) Career Transition Services to assist participants in securing employment after completing their training;
4) Adherence to all guidelines and requirements set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW), including accommodating 100% of the Onboarding Services (OBS) stated in Section C;
5) Submission of proposals that do not include distance learning components, reflecting the center's capability to operate fully in-person;
6) Compliance with any additional instructions provided in Section L.7 regarding proposal content.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Turner Job Corps Center located in Washington, DC.
