OPENTEXT SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE FOR DLA INFORMATION OPERATIONS

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking maintenance renewal for the OpenText software as part of their information operations. The solicitation is open to all contractors and is unrestricted.

Work Details
The contract requires the renewal of OpenText software maintenance for the DLA Information Operations. The products, platforms, and services delivered as part of this work statement must conform to the Revised 508 Standards.

The contractor must provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for each commercially available Information and Communication Technology (ICT) item offered through this contract. Additionally, the contractor must describe their approach to incorporating universal design principles to ensure ICT products or services are designed to support disabled users, describe plans for features that do not fully conform to the Section 508 Standards, and describe 'typical' user scenarios and tasks, including individuals with disabilities, to ensure fair and accurate accessibility testing of the ICT product or service being offered.
