OneStream Implementation

Background
This PWS establishes the requirements for Contractor-provided solutions in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Research and Development (ORD). The Contractor shall provide total implementation and configuration services for the COTS OneStream software, including program management, architecture and planning, systems/software engineering, testing and evaluation, education and training, and VA Authority to Operate (ATO) support.

The primary NAICS code for this effort is 541519. A Firm-Fixed Price contract will be issued. The contractor is required to draft a business process script/requirements traceability matrix, provide design mockups, outline OneStream configuration best practices implementation methods, draft a project plan, final project plan, quality control plan, bi-monthly status meeting agenda and minutes, and monthly status report. The contractor shall perform project management activities, meetings and reporting, deliverables for ORD Finance Budget Management and People Planning, NPC Annual Report Workbook, NPC Workflow and Work Audit Log Traceability, NPC Annual Report Timeline Requirements, Testing and Evaluation, Data Validation Plan and Report, System training for ORD personnel, NPPO personnel and NPC personnel. The Contractor shall also comply with Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) requirements as mandated by Federal laws and policies.
